Your initial office visit/consultation begins with you answering our medical and bladder questionnaire. Your responses are entered into our custom designed computer system, ensuring an individualized and personal plan of care. Thereafter, you will meet with the Doctor in his or her private office and discuss in detail your urologic problem. Finally, a comprehensive physical examination will be performed and you and the Doctor will decide on a diagnostic and treatment plan that is right for you.
